Our Net Shoppee online service ordering time starts at Morning 5.30 AM to 9.00 PM.

When can I get my order delivered? Same day?

Same day is too long for you to wait. So only we have two types of delivery services. One is express delivery and another one is standard delivery. If you opt for express delivery – You will receive your order within 75 Minutes. If you opt for standard delivery – You will receive your order within 4 hours.

How does Express Delivery work?

Express delivery will take maximum of 75 minutes from your order time. There will be a small delivery charge if your purchase value is below Rs.600.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order on our app. We have tracking facility in our app.

Do you offer delivery all over Puducherry?

We deliver orders to most of the areas in Puducherry, but if it is out of Pondicherry city, we cannot deliver at the moment. However Net Shoppee is expanding its services outside the Puducherry as well, so we could be able to serve soon.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can make changes to your order, but only before it is picked up from the desired store or Net Shoppee store. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after pickup from the desired store or Net Shoppee store.

Do I need to be present at the time of delivery? If not what do I do?

No, not necessarily. But you have to update in our App with the contact details of the person to whom the order has to be delivered in your absence.

How do I get free or discounted delivery ?

You will purchase the products like fresh fruits and vegetables or grocery items above Rs.600. You can get free delivery or discount delivery.

Can I place a delivery order for someone else?

Yes, you can place a delivery order for someone by using your account but make sure you add their address details properly and also add their present contact number. The confirmation message will be sent to their contact number. We contact their mobile number to confirm the address. After that, we will take care of delivering the order to them at their doorstep within the committed time frame.

Can I reserve a delivery or pickup time before I start shopping?

You cannot reserve a delivery or pickup time before you start shopping. Because the availability of the products may change time to time, so we do not recommend placing the order for later delivery.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount.

Can I change my address after placing order?

Yes, you can change your address before shopping.

Who delivers my Orders?

An authorized delivery professional from NetShoppee will deliver your Orders.

How to make the payment for my order?
