As of now, Netshoppee.com Services is available in Puducherry alone. For under 18 customers, their parents or guardian should accompany them in booking orders and payment transactions who are registered users.

Products are sold at MRP except for specific products. Price of the products do not vary on daily basis except fresh food items, whose market price changes daily. After booking the product if the price change to higher or lower no additional charges will be collected nor refunded.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before the cut-off time of the slot and payment also refunded if it is done before the cut-off time. For any kind of fraudulent transaction or defying terms and conditions of the company automatically we could cancel the orders. Such default customers would be blacklisted and their order could not be taken.

Customers who are not satisfied with the product’s quality or quantity they can return the product; the amount of which will be credited to their account.

Efforts have been made to display the accurate colour of the product as possible. Colours may vary depending on your display setting of PC or mobile.

We could modify our terms and condition at anytime without prior notice. You can access the modified terms and condition at any given time. One should regularly review it. If any of our terms and condition was not acceptable by you, you can stop using our service. If still you continue to use, then it is taken as you agree with our modified terms and conditions.

You should understand the fact that you are sole responsible for using this website at your own risk for any kind of offensive content in the website. You agreed to use the site to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law. Netshoppee and its affiliates have no liability for such content.

This user agreement is valid until and unless terminated by you or Netshoppee. You can terminate this agreement at any time. Netshoppee may terminate at any time without any prior notice and deny access to the website. After such termination you should destroy all downloaded materials. Netshoppee’s right to any comments shall survive any termination of this user agreement. Any such termination of the user agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the website or affect any liability that have arisen under the User Agreement.
